Terrific Kid Award

Today, at Katie's school assembly, she got a Terrific Kid Award for being an enthusiastic leader. She was so proud, when her name was called, her chin dropped and she skipped up to the stage to receive her certificate,pencil and bumper sticker. She cannot wait to put the bumper sticker on the car. I was very proud of her. At the beginning of the school year she told me that she really wanted to get a Terrific Kid award this year. She accomplished her goal.
